Pride Report:  Another Fabulous Parade!

Each year, San Diego is host to a gay pride parade and festival that draws over 100,000 people. Once again this year, under the leadership of Mark V., Louis P., and Ted T., a cadre of volunteers assembled a beautiful float for the parade.

Pastor April and many members of the congregation, both gay and straight, walked with the float. Our presence in the parade bears concrete witness to God's (and PB UMC's) welcome of all people, regardless of sexual orientation.
