| Pride Report: Another Fabulous Parade!Each year, San Diego is host to a gay pride parade and festival that draws over 100,000 people. Once again this year, under the leadership of Mark V., a cadre of volunteers assembled a beautiful float for the parade. The outstanding float won "Most Original" in the parade! This year's theme was aquatic, and the float carried the slogan, "Life is found in the deep oceans of his love." Several members of the congregation walked with the float. Our presence in the parade bears concrete witness to God's (and PB UMC's) welcome of all people, regardless of sexual orientation. Enjoy the pictures!
